Kyvora is used every working day by the team that builds it. Here is what has changed recently — every workspace gets it automatically, no upgrade needed.

  1. A guided start for new workspaces

    Setting up a new company now takes minutes, with nothing to hunt for.

    • NewA full-screen setup wizard walks a new owner through company details, departments and shifts.
    • NewStaff ID prefixes — number employees your way, e.g. AC-001.
    • ImprovedSettings are grouped into tabs, so every option is two clicks away.
    • ImprovedScreen monitoring starts switched off, and the first admin is asked to choose, with the trade-offs explained.
    • FixedExits marked as absconding or after an improvement plan now offer company-side reasons, not resignation ones.
  2. Your brand, everywhere

    • NewYour company name, address and logo appear on letters, payslips, statements and emails.
    • NewYour company colour becomes the workspace accent.
    • NewChoose how numbers and dates are written across the workspace.
    • NewRun your workspace on your own domain, with the certificate handled for you (Enterprise).
    • ImprovedSet your own default shift instead of a fixed 9 to 6.
  3. Meeting notes, and tighter sign-in controls

    • NewRecorded calls come back as written notes: overview, decisions, action items with owners, open questions and next steps.
    • NewRestrict sign-in to your office IP addresses, with named people exempt.
    • NewOptionally block phones and tablets, so work stays on company computers.
    • ImprovedTranscripts are always written in English, even when the call was in another language.
    • ImprovedPayslips hide amounts until you choose to reveal them — handy on a shared screen.
    • ImprovedLong lists load page by page, so big teams stay fast.
  4. Call transcripts and rehiring

    • NewCall recordings are transcribed automatically — anyone who can watch a recording can read its transcript.
    • NewRehire a former employee from their old record — details carry over, history stays intact.
    • NewPay bands for each role and level.
    • ImprovedShift changes take effect from a date you choose, and never rewrite past attendance.
