These terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you, when your organisation uses Kyvora. We have tried to keep them short and in plain English.
01Who we are
Kyvora is a subscription business workspace for projects, HR and attendance, payroll, chat and more. It is provided by Webart Technology Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India (“we”, “us”).
“You” means the company or organisation that signs up for Kyvora, and the person who accepts these terms on its behalf. By accepting, that person confirms they are allowed to bind the organisation.
02Your workspace
Each customer gets its own workspace at <name>.kyvora.solutions, with its own separate database. Enterprise customers can use their own domain instead.
You decide who in your organisation can use the workspace and what they can see. You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for what your users do in the workspace.
03Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial for up to 10 employees. No card is needed.
If the trial ends and you have not subscribed, the workspace is locked. You can subscribe at any time to unlock it. See Ending the service for what happens to your data.
04Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Current prices are on the pricing page, in Indian rupees and excluding GST, which is added where it applies.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card payments, including Indian recurring card mandates, are processed by Stripe and your bank. We never see or store your full card number.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
05Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside your workspace. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not give refunds for partial months. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current one.
Charges made by mistake are always refunded. How to ask, and how long it takes, is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
06Failed payments
If a payment fails, your workspace keeps working for 3 days after the end of the billing period. If the payment still has not gone through after that, the workspace is locked until the outstanding amount is paid.
07Acceptable use
When using Kyvora, you and your users must not:
- store or share anything illegal;
- try to break, probe or get around our security, or access another customer's workspace;
- upload malware or anything designed to harm systems or data;
- resell or give access to Kyvora to others without a written agreement with us.
If you switch on employee monitoring features, such as screen monitoring through the desktop app, you are responsible for following the employee-monitoring laws that apply to you and for getting your employees' consent.
08Your data
Everything you put into your workspace, such as employee records, attendance, payroll, documents, chat messages and files, belongs to you. We only use it to provide the service to you.
For your employees' data inside the workspace, you are the data controller (the “data fiduciary” under Indian law) and we act as your processor. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
09Suspension
We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, for a breach of the acceptable use rules above, or where the law requires us to.
10Ending the service and your data
After a trial ends without a subscription, or after a subscription is cancelled, we keep your workspace's data for 30 days. After that, it may be permanently deleted.
During those 30 days you can email us at support@kyvora.solutions to ask for an export of your data, or to have it deleted sooner.
11Availability
We aim to keep Kyvora available and working well at all times, but we do not offer a formal service-level agreement (SLA) unless we have agreed one with you in writing. There may occasionally be maintenance or interruptions.
12Warranties and liability
Apart from what these terms say, Kyvora is provided “as is”, without other promises or warranties.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything relating to Kyvora is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.
13Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will let you know by email or inside the app at least 15 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Kyvora after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
