Your data and your team’s privacy
Give your staff a privacy notice to read once, and download everything in your workspace.
Who: The owner (Super Admin).
Open Data & privacy
Go to Settings and open Data & privacy.
Set up the privacy notice
Under India’s data protection law (the DPDP Act), your company tells its staff what personal data it keeps about them and why. The notice starts with a text that lists what your workspace actually collects.
- Fill in Who to ask about their data and Their email: the person staff contact with questions or requests.
- Edit the notice if you need to, and press Preview to read it as staff will. Have your lawyer check it.
- Turn on Show the notice to staff and press Save. Everyone sees it once and presses I’ve read this.
- The card shows how many have read it, and who hasn’t yet.
Ask again after a real change
If you change what you collect (for example, you turn on screen monitoring), update the notice, tick Ask everyone to read it again and save.
Download all your data
Press Prepare a download. It’s put together in the background; when it says Ready, press Download. You get a ZIP file with one spreadsheet (CSV) per table, and a README that lists what’s inside.
